DESCRIPTION:Join with us in celebrating the Life of Christ through a performance of Lamb of God. An oratorio written by Rob Gardner, this musical work presents the final weeks of Christ’s life through the eyes of those that lived with and followed Him. A theme of hope carries listeners from Christ’s arrival in Jerusalem, through the anguish of Gethsemane and culminating in His triumphant resurrection. Volunteers from around the UK gathered to prepare the vocal and orchestral work, for a performance at The Bridgewater Hall (Manchester, UK) in March of this year.FOR THIS WEEKEND ONLY an official recording of the event has been granted permission to be broadcast publicly on the ChurchofJesusChristUK YouTube channel.
